The race obeys to the Norwegian Cycling Federation’s rules. Cycling is done at your own risk and everybody has to obey current traffic rules and the organizer’s advices.

A certified helmet must be worn at all times during the race.

All Norwegian participants (persons with Norwegian social security number) must have a valid annual licence or buy a single licence for the race. If you do not have a Norwegian sicual security number you must provide your own appropriate insurance.

Off-road bikes are recommended (parts with footpath/gravel).
